Write Brothers, Inc. Shipping Policy
NOTE: Holiday Shipping Notice- Write Brothers shipping department will be closed from Thursday, December 25th to Sunday, December 28th.
- Shipping will be OPEN Monday through Wednesday, Dec. 29th-31st, 2008.
- The shipping department will then be closed from Thursday, Jan. 1 through Sunday, Jan. 4, 2009.
- Normal business hours resume Monday, January 5, 2009.
Shipping & Handling Guidelines:
For domestic shipments we offer FedEx Ground Service, FedEx 2nd Day Service and FedEx Priority Overnight Service. For international shipping we offer FedEx Priority International Service. FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box.
Write Brothers, Inc. typically ships orders on the same if received by 12PM Pacific Standard Time. Orders made after 12PM will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 12PM or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Domestic Shipping Arrival Times and Rates:
- FedEx Ground Service - $7.95 – 48 contiguous U.S. States only. Please allow up to 7 business days from shipping date.
- FedEx 2nd Day Service - $13.95 – 48 contiguous U.S. States only. Please allow 2 business days from shipping date.
- FedEx Priority Overnight Service - $24.95 – 48 contiguous States only. Please allow 1 business day from shipping date.
International Shipping:
CANADA - $25.00
ANY OTHER COUNTRY BESIDES CANADA AND UNITED STATES - $35.00
When ordering online, the shipping price will be calculated when selecting your products and your country or U.S. Possession. If your country is not listed, please email our Sales & Marketing Department at service@screenplay.com or call the international line at 818-843-6557.
Please note that Write Brothers, Inc. cannot calculate nor are we authorized to collect custom duties, VATS and other local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of international customers and are typically due and collected upon receipt.
